kajamj Newbie (female) Join Date: Apr 2012 Location: Las Vegas, NV USA Posts: 1	Recto Vaginal fistula Can anyone tell me about recovery time? My surgeon is going to try the di Vinci robotic surgery, but says it could end up as a full cut on my abdomen if the di Vinci doesn't work. What was post op like, recovery time, pain, how soon can you take care of yourself (my husband needs to apply for time off). The surgeon says I will be in the hospital for about a week. Any info would be appreciated.
