Mucosal prolapse with anal incontinence

I undergone through the MIPH with sphincter repair on 30 of March,2012 through the following process
MIPH done with HEM 3335
Few haemostasis sutures taken with 3-0 vicryl
Circumferencial incision taken over left perianal area
Divided ends of sphincters were identified and double brested with no.1 PDS
Remaining wound was partially closed with 2-0 vicryl
Jonac suppository kept
Dressing applied
Now i want to know how long it will take to completly achieve the result as now also i am suffering with anal incontinence specially with flatus and very little mucus incontinencr tell me whether it may continues for a period after the operation or it is a negativr sign having no favourable res
Also tell me what precautions i should take now?
