Anus isn't closing properly?

I'm 17 and for a few months my stools have suddenly not been 'pinching' off. Instead they just sort of split off and my ******** still feels sort of 'open' in a way. The stool is normal most of the way out, but then at the end it doesn't get pinched off and I don't feel the anus close as it should. There is no blood in the stool, and sometimes it'll burn after a bowel movement, but that is just from me having to wipe so much to stay clean. No matter how much I wipe there is always **** on the paper. It feels as if there is something in my anus just right there at the opening and it's incredibly uncomfortable and its difficult to go about my day without feeling like a dirtbag with a smelly dirty ***.

Do not reccomend a bidet or wet wipes because they don't actually fix anything. The problem isn't that paper can't clean my ***, its that my *** isn't saying clean.

I've tried adding fiber, eating healthier, i've tried eliminating lactose and wheat from my diet i've tried everything. I'm going to the doctor tommorow to tell him what's going on and see if he can check for anything wrong.
