After having your gallbladder out eating foods high in fat are going to give you problems because your body can't digest and process fat without the gallbladder. It has to do with the bile that gallbladder produced that broke down the fat before went into the intestine. You will probably have to be on low fat diet the rest of your life. You should call your doctor or the surgeon who did the surgery to see if they think you need to be seen.
