I know it's scary the first time something like that happens, but it's not at all likely to be anything serious at your age. It sounds like you're a little constipated and it made you have to work harder to go to the bathroom, and you got a very small tear or crack when you did. Think of it as being like a crack in your lip. It burns and hurts a bit at the time and it can bleed whenever it's stretched or moved, but it heals up pretty quickly. In the meantime, if you drink a lot of water and try to make sure that your poop is nice and soft it'll be easier to heal. You're a bit young for hemorrhoids, but they're nothing serious either. If it bleeds a LOT (enough to make the water red) or it doesn't get better in a few days, then you need to see your doctor, but you don't need to be scared.
