Re: Very worried

Hi wenlast,
I understand your concern. Why dont you ring your Dr and tell him this.
Has he started his Colonoscopy preperation treatment yet. He will or should be given a diet for three days before prep and medication for the last day and this will move everything as he will need to be completely cleaned out for the Colonoscopy.
Why he is suffering Constipation at present is no doubt the reason for this procedure also the blood problem.

Solofelix.

Re: Very worried

Hi,
I have never heard of an enema for a Colonoscopy. Perhaps it depends on where you live and different method.
Hope the Dr can help at this stage, keep in touch and every good wish to you,

Solofelix.

Re: Very worried

Had the seidoscopy ? He removed a large polyp from the bowel, did not treat the piles as we are going away, said it looks benign, but to see him in about #3/4weeks if bleedig continues not to worry and he will then treat the piles,
said there is nothing sinister going on.
