Greetings Rjy1!, Welcome to the healthboards!

My sympathies, I hope the needed support is obtained. A gastroenterologist could be seen to find out exactly what is happening. Sometimes it can be a minor irritation such as rawness that causes bleeding but if there is pressure there may be an infection inside, an internal hemmoroid in the way of the bowel movement, a mass that needs to be checked or a fistula etc. but an exam needs to be done to be sure of what it is. I would at least avoid constipation which can also leave a sensation that not everything has actually come out of there. I would avoid eating things that cause constipation because a large hard dry bowel movement can also cause a fissure which is a kind of tear or crack in the tissues. Peace, sjb
