Possible Bowel Obstruction; Discharging Burning Yellow Fluid
 

It's now Monday of July 23rd, and since Wednesday (18th). I have not been able to pass a bowel.

On Thursday I experienced sever abdominal pains right below my belly bottom. It comes on and off. Since Saturday I've been on a liquid diet only. In the last 12 hours I have been able to go to the restroom but can only discharge yellow fluid that burns.

Symthoms Include:

Lower Abdominal Pains (on and off)
Very Bad Breath
Nausea
Abdomen is very bloated
Fevers (on and off)

I don't have any money to pay for hospital treatment, so I'm hoping I can get some helpful opinions.

Any advice will be appreciated.
