slrlisa00 Junior Member (female) Join Date: Jul 2012 Location: vero beach florida Posts: 13	rectal exam with no active bleeding went to my doctor yesterday and had a rectal exam due to some on and off rectal bleeding the doctor said he dont feel any mass or lumps inside the retcum but feels whats left of a fissure he said i should still have it scoped with a GI doctor just to be on the safe side..he also said there was no signs of active bleeding so my question is..is that good thing or does it mean i am just not bleeding inside the rectum but could be bleeding from like my colon or else where please help
