Hello,

I often have grumbling feelings and rumbling which appears to come from my rectum. They are like hunger pangs and stomach noises but seem to come from my backside. These noises appear to be spasms, vibration and murmuring feelings, as I mentioned, similar to stomach noises.

I was wondering if anybody could help me with what it is?

I should add that I had a colonoscopy but there was nothing wrong. If anybody can help, I would be grateful. Thanks.
