A year of pooping difficulties. Help?
I've been having pooping problems for a year now.
Each day, the first session is great. Took me only seconds to get the stool out but after the first batch expelled, i still feel like there's more. Problem is, I have to wait such a long time for the next bowel movement but straining doesn't help. So I usually stop waiting after the first session, and later wait for the next bowel movement to take another trip to the toilet.
Thus, I have to make that trip many times a day. And my stool are always mushy/watery and rarely a solid.
Sometimes, at some point, it's as if my sphincter is trying to block any stool from coming out, and pushed them back up the rectum.
What is the problem? Is it psychology or something is wrong with my bowel?
