Loose stool question

I was sick 2 months ago with diarrhea/cramps which stopped about month and a half later and I was having regular hard bowel movements, until about a week ago. I'm not experiencing watery loose diarrhea but usually it's soft and loose. This also only happens during the morning and I don't have/feel another movement in the day. Could this be a lack of fiber? Not sure if its related to the sickness before

Re: Loose stool question

It could be IBS as this is one of the symptoms.

Re: Loose stool question

No it hasn't, but ibs can just happen overnight? I was perfectly normal 3 months ago with no stool issues in my life.
