Bowel pain

Alright, I hope someone can help. Recently, I have been having severe bowl pain. No dierea, not backed up, normal bowel mvements. But, the pain is so bad it has been keeping me from attending school. I take IBP and Tylonal for the pain, but it only keeps me from screaming. I have gone through many things in my life, including the spinal tap, but there is just something wrong. I don't know what to do. It is ridiculous. I am a teen, and when I googled bowel pain, the first hit was another teen my age experiencing the same illness. No one took her seriouse. Only "dear, talk to your parents..." I have, and they don't know what to do. Hence, why I am on this website. I would appreciate any help possible.
