| Fissure + Urinary problems?
Hello all. I've been dealing with Hemorrhoids and more recently fissures for a better part of 10 years. I can manage pretty well. Mostly through lifestyle changes. Fiber, fluids, etc. I'm even pretty active, and love to ride my bicycle.
Anyways, this past week I got a fissure. At least I think it's a fissure. These things seem to be stress related. This is "peak" time at work, and we have to put in a lot of hours. Another time I got a fissure right before my foot surgery. So again stress. Any help would be appreciated.
Here are my symptoms.
- Lasting mild discomfort in my rectum. Feeling of swelling just inside the rectum.
- Lasting mild discomfort with my urinary function. I have a slightly stinging feeling in my penis. Kinda feels like I have to urinate. Actually, while urinating it feels better, but as soon as I stop the discomfort returns.
- No pain when having a BM. No blood either. Symptoms start right after I finish having a BM though, and last almost until I have another BM.
