| Bowel Issues Connected to an STD?
My partner has been having bowel issues for a few months now. He claims the following symptoms started after me and him started having sex.
He says he's seen blood and sometimes mucous on the tissue paper while wiping. His stool has been irregular (usually soft and coming out in small pieces) He's also had a discomfort in his lower abdomen.
We've had unprotected anal sex, but I have been tested twice, once before we started dating and the second time during our relationship in May 2012. Both times I came out clean.
Essentially, I was wondering - are there ANY STD's that could be transmitted into the rectum/large intestine that would cause these sort of symptoms in a male?
And are there any STD's that could go undetected by normal testing?
