| Bowel Movements not in one stool, problems... ?
Recently I have had much trouble with my Bowel Movements - if you can call then that.
Whenever I go to the toilet, I first sit there and get a golf-ball sized (if that) movement, very soft, watery and sticky.
However, I then end up then spending upwards of one hour on the toilet as I can never seem to empty my bowels, I just try to pass through more, but what else I get is in little (barely marble-sized), watery and sticky parts - many parts - upwards of a dozen, some smaller, some larger, for as long as it takes me...
I probably don't need to go daily - I don't have to - but if I don't go one day, towards the second day I can start to get stomach pains.
This has been going on for at least 6 months - I haven't passed a single, solid stool in at least that long - and I am really starting to get frustrated with spending an hour on the toilet when I could be doing better things...
My diet is OK, but I probably need a little more fibre: I eat Weet-Bix or Sultana Bran for breakfast, as well as at least 1 piece of fruit, and 2 vegetables per day. I normally also have a sandwich, and possibly a snack during the day too...?
Is there anything that could help me? Are there any things that have symptoms like the ones described? I also sometimes get a sore stomach, and occasionally a sore anus after a long bowel movement...
Thanks...
