Try sitting on the toilet about 30 minutes after you eat dinner or before going to bed for couple of weeks for your body to get used to the idea of moving your bowels at that time. Take a book to read or listen to relaxing music and give yourself up to 30 minutes on the toilet to move your bowels. Sometimes taking a warm tub bath helps to relax the muscles in your abdomen and rectal and anal sphincter muscles which make it easier to move your bowels. I hope this will be helpful to you.
