| bowel issues
I have been having bowel issues for almost two years. Most prominent symptoms are thin stools and mucus, occaisionlly, blood. Over the past year I have had three ct scans, no changes, nothing found. With fibre supplements the stool is larger, but looks like small pieces just stuck together. My gastrointestinal doc doesn't seem concerned and thinks it is ibs. My questions are, do you think cancer would be missed on 3 separate ct scans over the course of a year? If a Tumor was causing thin stools, then would a ct scan find a possible obstruction? What else could this be? Don't have another doc as appointment for 4 months.
