Paranoia after head trauma???
I have been so so paranoid lately for about over a year now since my head trauma blood in frontal and temporal lobes from an accident. I am fully recovered for a year now.

I disscussed my paranoia with people, it is really bad, cameras in my house, spys, and such, but people say it's because of my past head injury and paranoia can and has happen to people with head injury.


Is this true????

I'm not a doctor, but I had a friend who experienced the same thing, the doctors said it could have been from the head injury, but they didn't understand enough to know for sure, I would suggest free writing, and exercise- it's been helpful for my paranoia/anxiety
