MRI Results

i had 4 head truma over the past 20 years which lead to a few MRI and the last MRI shows the following results
and i do not understanding some of the findings results
Nonspecific whit matter disease in the periventricular white matter
nodes bilaterally which measuring up to 11mm in AP diameter x 21 mm in length what does this mean
