Pain, pressure in left temple, swollen artery

I had a concussion two weeks back, had headache, which disappeared after a few days. Now on the weekend my headache returned, it's severe, I feel dizzy at times. Most of all I feel a pain in my left temple and a pressure in my nose and eye area. I can also feel a swollen artery in the temple. Went to the doc's, who ordered blood tests to look for inflammation. The tests came back negative.
What else can I do now? The doc didn't tell me what else it could be. Should I get a head scan?
I am 22, female, never had any forms of migraine. No other health issues.
