Repeated Head Injury/PCS?

So about 6 months ago I got a mild-ish concussion in lacrosse, made worse when i hit my head on the wall. I hit my head a couple times not too hard after this. Then 5 days ago I got hit with a dictionary fairly hard, and today i got hit with someone's arm. I have a headache, and im very dizzy. However, I also have bad anxiety. Is this anything to worry about?

Re: Repeated Head Injury/PCS?

Yes it is something to worry about, and you should take it very seriously.
You need to rest until it doesn't hurt and then rest some more.
If it starts to hurt rest some more.

You may end up with it for the rest of your life if you don't look after it.
Read up on Sydney Cosby's treatment for pointers.
