Pressure in haed 24/7
I have had pressure in my head for 12 years. Everyone treats me for anxiety but it does nothing. I had an mri and they found a small flare. They said it was like I got hit in the head and damaged it,but it was so small that they didn't think it was the problem. The pressure is mainly in my fore head and behind my eyes. Imagine fist just pushing out on your skull 24/7. Cloudy, fluorescent lights and drinking alcohol make it worse. I can't concentrate on anything. It's like talking to a wall. I lessen for a minute and like I just drift away and start thinking of something else. If I'm in public it gets much worse and then I have a panic attack. I zone out all the time. Any idea's to help me?
