Freaking out right now, please help.
Yesterday I fell off my horse and hit my head hard, I was wearing a helmet and was not knocked unconsious. This happened at about 8 pm yesterday and since then I have had an on and off head ache and on and off sick feeling too. I am also feeling quite sleepy. I think I am going to see someone about this but not sure weather its an emergency or if it can wait until tomorrow?

I would go to your local ER. They can do a cat scan to be on the safe side. It's nothing to mess with. I had one a few months ago and it turned out that I had a skull fracture.

It's more likely these are just normal symptoms but it can never hurt to have it checked out.

You should ALWAYS get a CAT SCAN after any severe bump to the head.
You just want to rule out any internal bleeding. It will ease your mind too.

Thank you guys, I did go to ER in the end and had to spend a couple of days in hospital but I am fine now
