8 month old with cerbral atrophy and fluid on his brain
my son was diagnosed april 15th 2012 with cerebral atrophy and fluid on his rain. the doctors here dont seem to take this seriously and dont seem to want to do anything he has had a ct n eeg and n mri because he also have had some seizures.. am i the only 1 going through this does anyone have any advice for me.. i am going to the neurologist friday and hopefully something will be done but it has taken this long to do somethin.. what are the long term affects..

I am so sorry this has happened to your little boy. I wish I could help you more, but I have no information to give you. Hopefully the neurologist will answer your questions, and give you something to work with. The outlook depends a lot on what has caused the atrophy, and this is what they will be focussing on.
