Left side of my Head feels weird

So not sure where to put this... I hit my head really hard last night now about 10-12 hours ago... and the headache is mostly gone... but the left side feels weird. I can't tell if it's from the ice or not but it felt like that when i woke up. So i think it might not be to much ice. I can't decide if i should go to the doctor or not... I'm currently out of the country and not sure how much it would cost. But i can't decide if it's nothing or because it's already been this long that something might be wrong. I've never really hit my head this hard and don't know much about it. Anyway advice on what i can check for or if i should just go to the doctor. It's making me super nervous ^_^;;
