Whiplash? Bleeding of brain?

Hi

I visited a friend last night that I hadnt seen in a while and he greeted me when I wasnt looking from my right side by shaking my head from side to side vigorously for about 5 seconds before I yelled "stop".

As he stopped I felt the blood rush to my brain type feeling. It had also felt like I had

1. Fallen off a bunk bed

2. Someone hitting me with a hammer on my head

3. When you get fouled in football it felt like as your falling down you hit your head against the grass.

I remained conscious but have had a weird headache for the last 24 hours now.

Can I get bleeding from this?
Can I get brain damage from this?
Can I get anything I may not be aware of from this occuring?

Thanks

Re: Whiplash? Bleeding of brain?

I have no idea if its whiplash or bleeding brain or mild brain trauma or what. Im starting to think its mild brain trauma but I cant be 100% sure thats the reason Im here.

What is your opinion on what I said?

My neck is slightly "clicky" than normal thats the only thing that makes me think its whiplash but I more have a "pressure feeling" on my head in particular the front part by my forehead.
