head trauma question

So 2weeks ago I hit my head on
My car door getting out. Didn't feel it at the time.
.no bump lump. Got cleared by 2 docs and more recently emergency

But my head hurts aches sometimes especially when I'm tired
And I feel tired more often. Dr said bruising would take time to heal and I do heal slowly.

Note this was the top part of my head

Re: head trauma question

Try feeling all over your head and upper neck for any tender areas. If you find one you need to massage it vigorously. It will probably hurt at first but no pain, no gain. It does take awhile for these injured areas to heal. The tender areas may not even be right where you struck it.Often the temple area muscles or upper neck muscles is where the pain is coming from,( as well as the spot you hit).
