You should be evaluated by a Neurologist. There is a condition called Bells Palsy which can cause the numbness and also cause your estacion tubes which balances the pressure in your inner ear to misfunction which could prevent it from draining properly. That would cause fluid to build up. Bells Palsy is very treatable. But it just one possibility.

In the meantime, there are some things you can try for relief.

Benedryl can help dry up the fluid in your ear.

Chewing gum can sometimes relax your estaceon tubes, allowing your ears to drain. Keep a glass of water handy, it tastes pretty bad when that lets loose.

Sleep on your side with the affected ear up. That encourages it to drain.

Apply a hot compress to the affected side of your face to encourage your estaceon tube to open up.

Stay out of the wind or at least keep your ears covered.

Get an ear wax removal kit and use it once a week to keep your ears free of wax.
