 Neck Pain, Numb Head & Face: Help!
I was in to see my spine doctor for a follow up on L 3/4 & laminectomy surgery I had 5 months ago. About 2 month ago, my neck became painful & stiff, though I've had neck problems in the pass,this hasn't gone away,so I told my back doctor about it,and he took x-rays and said,my neck was a wreck,most the vertebrae are narrowing and two of them are rubbing,bone to bone. Well today I got to thinking about,when I sleep,I awake with the whole left side of my head and face numb and one night my center forehead up in my hairline,was burning like fire. I was so concerned I saw my family doctor and ask, could I be having mini strokes, and he didn't know. My spine doc wants me to come back in two months and do an MRI. Should I let him know about the numbness I'm experiencing? Could I be in danger? Or maybe this may not be anything to do with my neck. Please tell me your thoughts.
