Feeling light-headed, detached, unreal, tingling sensations, pounding heart, chest pain...all classic symptoms of anxiety. And anxiety/panic can attack at ANY time, even when you appear to be relaxed. Anxiety can be brought on by experiencing some sort of physical trauma like an injury or a virus. The original problem goes away but you can be left with an anxiety 'hangover'.
It might well be something else but I reckon it's well worth checking out the Stress and Anxiety board.
