i shouldn't have typed this post in the state i was in before... but now that i'm less manic..

i have breathing problems, not like my throat is tight, but like i have to pay attention to my breathing or it'll get very very shallow (i feel like my head isn't breathing, if that makes any sense). Durring the day i do breathing exercises, but when i sleep i am unable to control my breathing.. so as a result i breath very very shallowly and wake up incredibly dazed and confused and have serious trouble standing up for the first 5 minutes of the morning..

this may be a result of a number of things, an annoying little concussion w/ big after effects.. or the fact that i live in a new house w/ new materials that i may be allergic to.. since i had no signs of perminant damage 3 days after the concussion, i was diagnosed w/ post-concussive syndrome. they said i should probably bounce back completely in a matter of weeks... so i'm suspicious that (beside the resulting stress) my breathing troubles and lack of oxygine at night may be perpetuating the syptoms...

some one suggested to me that it may be sleep apnea.. i not sure what that is, but apparently my mother has suffered from it in the past...
