I have had a condition for a number of years that has become more frequent. I hope some advice can be given.

Quite often I experience a swelling feeling in my head, although its not pressure in a physical sense. Its as if my imagination is forming shapes (often I can't describe what the shape is) and these shapes seem to grow in size till the shape swells to a size that I feel like it is beyond the capacity of my brain to hold. This most often happens when my eyes are closed but can occur occasionally when they are open.

Yesterday, during one of these spells I felt a Pop and Fizz feeling in my brain. I also suffer from frequent neck pains and tightness.

Another symptom that may be related is that my wife often notices that my pupils are uneven in size. The one that is closest to the light is the larger in size and doesnt seem to react to the light.

Any ideas what this could be? Your replys will be most helpful.
