Extremely dizzy!

Hi everybody,
So lately I have been experiencing this weird kind of dizziness that my doctors can not explain. It started about 2 years ago when I was just walking and I noticed that it felt like the ground was moving up from underneath me. It was the most strange feeling ever! It wasn't like a vertigo type feeling where the room was spinning around or anything but just like when I'd walk I was walking on a wave and the ground was moving up and down along with me. To make matters worse I also had a persistent heaviness feeing with it, especially in my head. The only way I can describe the feeling is like a pressure,a little like when you are going down on a elevator only worse. It's very strange just when ever I walk I feel like I'm moving up and down even when I'm standing still, I notice it even when I'm lying down the only thing that really seems to help is if I put a pillow under my neck and just lay still. Since I had this on set 2 years ago I haven't always experienced the wave like sensation while walking but have always remained dizzy, the dizziness just varies from moderate to extreme! I notice my symptoms worsen when I am in a very crowded area. Also I have a very disoriented feeling and that also varies with how dizzy I on that particular day.
I have had a cat scan, 3 mri's, been to an ent and they all say I'm fine
I know I'm not fine! Also I do have a low thyroid problem if anyone knows if that's related. Just before my dizziness started my thyroid levels were too high and I was given a dose of radio active iodine to lower it, could that be a reason? If anyone reading this has similar symptoms or ANY ADVISE on what might be happening with me or what I should do I would really be glad
Thanks, I'm so confused!!
