Autonomic Nerve Dysfuntion
Have any of you been diagnosed with this somewhat rare problem?
I have now had it for years ( about 10 ) but have only now been tested and found to have this horrible illness.
The symptons I have are;
1.excessive sweats , like a boxer in training 24/7 , it gets so bad it runs off my chin and drips onto things! I get it worse if I hear loud noises, dog barks, phone rings, car back fires.I used to take medication for it but the side effects of the medication was worse than the sweatting!
2.Low blood pressure that makes you feel dizzy.
3. Very low heart rate 50-60 beats max day time and 40 beats and below when I lay down . At night I can get such a low heart beat I go blue/grey go stone cold and get chest pains , so have to have a heart spray to use. if I get really low its a 999 job.
4. Difficulty in swallowing somtimes! its almost like you have a lump stuck in my throat , a sort of choking feeling, this is really distressing for my family to watch as I do choke and my face goes scarlet and tears stream down my face ( very pretty when your in company)
I do have 'other' medical conditions as well as this one like 'seronegative R.A., Raynaurds and a hole in my heart and leaky valves but I do find that the A.N.D. drives me mad . By the way in almost 50 now .
