I need help with a MRI....PLEASE! - Brain & Nervous System Disorders Message Board

I am 21 year old female with no remarkable medical history. About one year ago I began getting severe headches with nausea, vomiting. I also suffer from severe vertigo and numbness is my hands. I also have deteriorating eyesight. I finally went to see a Nurologist, I told him everything. He was concerned that my headaches worsen when I lie down. He ordered a MRI. I had the MRI late Friday afternoon. It takes two business days to get a report. Some of the images look very odd, compared to a "normal" brain scan. What do you think?

Hi, Jessica. It's really not a good idea for a layperson to try to interpret an MRI. Unless you're well-versed, it's a very difficult thing to do! We all know waiting is difficult but please, wait for the radiologist's report. Please let us know what it says.
