do you feel like you're having anxiety issues?do you have a pins 'n needles feeling in your hands/feet?do you feel cold?
just wondering if you had your B12 level checked.drs. will look for anemia, but they usually forget about B12...which can be difficult to diagnos.do you feel any weakness in your arms/legs?even a low normal B12 level can be serious.if you haven't had a B12 test...get one...and also an MMA(which will show a "hidden" B12 deficiency when your B12 level is low normal, okay?
hope you feel better and if you want you can post your lab tests and we'll look at them to see if anything seems off.sometimes the drs. miss the obvious...because low B12 can mess up other blood tests too.
I'm not sure how long you have been experiencing this but I had internal and external trembling , nervousness and was dizzy off and on for many years. Later on I began to experience extreme fatigue and Add as well. After much trial and error with testing , medication and natural remedies I eventually came across information on Leaky Gut and food intolerance and what effect it has on the body. I am totally excited now because I am not suffering any longer. There is much to explain on how these symptoms start and how they might become worse if not taken care of but first you need to learn about Leaky Gut. I went to ThinkRite systems and learned the causes of leaky gut and how the body reacts when this problem occurs. I took a food intolerance blood test, removed the offending foods out of my diet and within about 6 weeks my symptoms were no longer present and now never return unless I go back to eating the foods that I previously learned I needed to remove.
It might be worth having your thyroid checked out. I have an overactive thyroid and 2 of my many symptoms were trembling and nervousness. A simple blood test will diagnose it. All the best.
did you have your thyroid checked?if not you probably should.
B12 is a vitamin that if low canpresent with tons of neurological symptoms...it is a type of anemia, but very unlike the other anemias, because it can be hidden and hard to diagnos.
Yes I would have yor thyriod checked as well and your blood sugars tooo
Incidentally thyriod problems can berealated to B12 deficeincy.....
Also I have to correct my dearest friend scout sorry scout.........But B12 deficeincy is not always connected to anemia one can have a defeciency and not have any anemia at all this is were a lot of docs dont test you because they thing ah well you dont have anemia so you cant have a B12 or Folate problem its not the case,,,,,,However scout is right to a certain extent as you can have pernacious anemia related to B12 deficeincy its an autoimmune disorder and those with thyroid problems & hashimotos are more likely to get it than others........
having said that my ferritin was low at 40 I think and my iron was on the low side but my CBC was normal all in good levels my MCV was a little on the higher end but I dont believe anything to significant from what I have learned........The MCV levels are high in PA.........
