Dizziness, memory loss slurred speech

Hi, after recovering from severe iron deficient anemia and histerectomy, started having severe dizzy spells, room spinning, fell over a few times, memory loss, (memory was great before hand, could remember anyones mobile number etc), now often forget my own phone number, brain fog, cant concentrate or even do simple sums etc, and have slurred speech especially at night when I am tired. MRI and ct scan clear, my husband and family very worried as It just isn't like me to be like this. ta heaps for any help.
