Current MRI: Aneurysm? AVM?

I had a brain MRI 3 days ago [No Contrast], and I don't know what to make of this. Any ideas would be very welcome.

Recent symptoms: Same old dull headache, mostly on the left side of my head. I lost most smells and the ability to taste SALT yesterday. Have a great neurologist, but won't see him for another week.

I can't find anything on the web that looks like my MRI, and it's creeping me out!
