| | Dizzy, constantly ruining life. Please some advice.
Hello, I'm a 21 year old female. I do smoke, about a pack a day, maybe a little less. I drink socially, and I excerise about 3 times a week. I'm 5'4 and weight about 142 pounds. I don't eat the greatest, but not horribly. I drink plenty of water, and soda when I eat. So here's my problem, I'm having heart palpitations ( the best I can explain them is, I feel like my heart stops for a second then I feel an extra strong beat. It's very rarely accompanied with pain.) atleast 5 perday. But I also do get chest pain during the day. It's mild, but still scares me. My heart often takes off in a fit where it beats very hard at about 100 bpm, (my normal resting heart rate is between 60 - 80 bpm) that's also scary. I also feel like my heart has pressure in it, and I also have shortness of breath. I have had palpitations ever since I was like... 7 I just find myself more aware and scared of them now. I also feel dizzy 24/7. Literally I feel as if I black out for a split second. Then I get confused, brain fog, sleepy, and often feel like I'm in a daze. This is very scary. I've had some tests, blood tests have checked my thyroid , which was fine. Only showed that I was anemic, so I take iron pills for it. EKG, 48 hour event monitor ( which showed some abnormalities but nothing life threatening ), chest X-ray. I've seen 3 different doctors that said my heart sounds okay. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm so worn out by this dizziness and palpitation problem, I can hardly even work. I feel like I might have brain cancer, or something very wrong they just haven't picked up on yet. I'm very scared ! Please help ! Thank you, sorry for the length.
