I am 46-years old and have been dealing with Migraines and started taking Topemax about 4weeks ago.
I had a Brain MRI done yesterday and my Nuero doc just called and said it came back fine but it did show quite a few white spots. He did say that they are NOT tumors or strokes and that he has seen this in patients in the ages groups of 30 years and up. He also said to make sure thatI am taking my medicine and how I was feeling and that we would talk more when I see him in a few weeks.
Has anyone else heard of this before? Is this common?
