Question Symptoms all over the place

I recently tested positive for epstein bar and then had to have my gallbladder removed (unrelated). After the surgery, I thought I was just healing really slowly. I teach at a university and quickly realized I couldn't function like normal. I only tell you about the two things earlier because I seemed to fall apart after that. My symptoms include

Chest pains and trouble breathing (ended up in er twice in one week)
Socking pains radiating from different areas of my bones
Extreme fatigue
Extreme cognitive dysfunction (can't remember, come up with words, etc.)
I feel like if one more sensory item or piece of information enters my brain, it will explode
Urinating on myself when I cough, sneeze, hiccup, or bend over (feels like my water breaks)
Very progressive muscle weakness (now on a cane to prevent falling)
Sever loss of vision in left eye (black/grey spots, light spots)
Loss of a lot of peripheral vision in both eyes, but more so in left
Weird headache when I bend or do too much (not migraine, sinus, or tension)
Inability to grasp or open things with hands, worse in left
Decreased sensation in left leg
Left side of face goes between numbness to the point that my lip will droop to just decreased sensation
Difficulty swallowing (I frequntly get choked n my saliva)
Extreme agitation by sounds, especially talking
Inability to control snapping at people for reasons that usually would not bother me
Very little affect for anything

I think that is everything. All of these have progressed quickly in three weeks' time. As I stated, I tend to be forgetful lately. I have Hashimotos but my thyroid is well under control. My cardiologist has ruled out any cardiac reasons. I have had bloodwork for Ana, Sjogrens, and ra, which all came back negative. My sed rate and c-reactive protein are consistently high. My white blood cell count also consistently stays elevated to 12 or above, even after antibiotic injections and strong prescriptions.

I would appreciate any help.
