I keep getting shocks in my head

I took some sleeping tablets because I wanted to sleep desperately. I took more than I needed. Later that night I started to suffer with short, shocks. I am so worried because these might not ever go away. Is this a effect of withdrawing from a sleeping pill? I don't know what is happening. I also hear voices with these shocks sometimes. Have I permanently damaged something? ( I'm so stupid. The shocks are near my ears or above them. It's hard to describe. Will they ever go away?

You should probably go see a doctor if possible.

Dear happyy, Can you describe "voices" better? You hear a sound that sounds like a human voice made it or you hear words?
