okay, I have this friend. And she has a brain tumor, now, before all the test results came back, it was determined to be terminal. They could only remove 90-95% of it thru surgery, it was right on the top of her head w/ little fingers branching into the brain that they couldn't get w/out destroying her brain. The doctors claim is that 1-2 years is the most they can buy her. Does anyone know if they could be wrong since many results haven't come back yet? because they say that w/ chemo and radiation they can't get it all.

I am sorry to hear about your friend. She should try to get a second opinion. There is a wonderful book, "There's No Place Like Hope" by Vickie Girard. She was told to get her affairs in order by some doctors. She did not give up. She kept searching until she found someone to help her. She has been in remission for some time now. One thing she says in her book is that a doctor can never tell you how long you have to live. I hope your friend will keep fighting.

Hey I have a friend who was also just diagnosed with a brain tumor.I don't know much about them but my brother was on chemo for leukimia and he's recovered now so hopefully theres a chance for our freinds.
