miss worried HB User

my sister call me from interstate this morning, she has been in hospital all week due to several seizures ....since then she has had tests done and the doctors said she must have sufferred a minor stroke at some point, and that she has abnormalities on her brian....and that surgery is possible....

i don't know to much about this but i love my sister and i'm worried.....is this a life threatening diagnosis or am i worrying myself silly????

Miss Worried: How old is your sister. There could be many reasons behind all of her problems. They will probably do MRI's to look inside her brain for tumors, etc. They'll do EEG's and Cat Scans. They'll probably put her on some meds. Depending on how old she is she might want to investigate hormonal reasons behind this. If she's near menopause it's very possible that could be the culprit. She could benefit from HRT. Read some more of my posts on these boards for more information. I'm short on time right now. I'll be back later.
