| Hands get extremely cold when I exercise
Hi there, I am new to this board, and I am hoping that someone out there can help me with what I will call my "mystery illness". Lately, my hands have been getting super cold when I exercise. I went for a brisk walk with my friend on yesterday, and while it was a little chilly outside, it wasn't that cold. Anyway, we walked about 4 miles in an hour, and by the time the walk was over, I was feeling good. My heart rate was elevated and I was perspiring slightly. The one exception was that my hands were abnormally cold. So much so that they felt numb, and it took everything I had just to press the button on my car keys to unlock the car doors. What could be causing this?
