Head Pain

Hey there I've had this odd head pain on the top right section of my head near where the crown of your head is for about three weeks to a month now. It's not like a headache it's just a pain that I have constantly. It's there pretty bad throughout the day and then tapers off a bit around 5 every evening but it's still there. Also sometimes when I inhale it sends pain to that spot.

Let me be clear this does NOT feel like a normal head ache it's like targeted pain in one section of my head. Should I be worried about this? I also have anxiety problems and I'm looking into that as a cause but I'd like to hear some ideas. Could this just be a neck related issue or something worse? Thanks!
