Hi all,
I had surgery earlier in the year to seal a CSF leak in the nose caused by a prolactinoma tumour. I was dripping clear watery fluid through nose constantly prior to surgery.
For several months and just after surgery all seemed fine. No leaking, just odd ache or pain in nose as is common with surgery.
However now, although i am not leaking through my nose i feel as if i am swallowing fluid constantly. I swallow every 5 - 10 seconds because i can feel a build up in my throat. Not a single leak through nose, but this constant feeling of needing to swallow and fluid down my throat.
Is this CSF fluid? Can anyone answer me with an opinion or if they have experienced something similar? I am kind of freaking out a little here becuase im trying to get on with my life and this is always on my mind.
