Very High Cardio CRP

I am a 45 year old female with no past medical issues. I went to my Internal Medicine doctor for a routine physical & treatment for a presumed first yeast infection (an OTC test revealed Bacterial Vaginosis, but DR did pelvic exam & said it was a yeast infection). She gave me 1 pill for yeast infection. I have a poor family history of heart disease, diabetes and RA, so major bloodwork done.

My bloodwork was worrisome. My Cardio CRP is 35.6 an my preDX score of 9.5 (primarily because of high CRP & high ferritin). Otherwise fairly normal - blood count normal, glucose 113, cholesterol 188 (HDL 42, LDL 119), triglycerides 137. I have had no menstrual cycle for past 10 years due to having back-to-back Mirena IUDs (still have second one). I am overweight (204 at 5 ft 4 inch). The DR noted I must have inflammation somewhere and repeated Cardio CRP today. I am concerned. Any ideas what could be wrong - or recommendations on what my next step should be?
