Any ideas, need help, need to be pointed in right direction.
To make a very long story short, back in 2009 I was diagnosed with an arachnoid cyst along right side of the brain stem and minor chiari malformation. My entire life I had suffered from migraine headaches and suffered a major head trauma when I was 10 years old (got hit in the front of the head with a bat). But in 2009 I was suffering a new kind of pain - a very bad pain (not headache like) on the right back side of my head. Along with dizzy spells, double vision etc. Around this same time I was also diagnosed with Diabetes II. The neurosurgeon told me that there was nothing to be concerned about, even though the pain I felt and pointed to was in the same location as the cyst. He didnt believe it caused me any pain...uggh. They blamed everything on the diabetes. I was in a great deal of pain for almost a year, went to an eye doctor as well who was concerned with the pressure in my eyes. And then all of a sudden it just stopped - the pain stopped.
Here I am a year and a half later. By the way I lost 75 lbs and reversed my diabetes. I have been feeling especially fatigued the past month or so, I have attributed to depression and didnt really think much of it. My eyes have been feeling a lot of pressure, sometimes burn and sometimes I can feel jerking movements like through the lids but sometimes they (my eyes) feel like they want to pop. And I dont know if this has anything to do with it but I have dark dark black lines coming up around my eye...not sure if that is just aging though LOL. I am 40 year old woman.
this morning, I woke up with a very bad bruising type pain on the lower part of my head where the soft spot is, it hurts to even touch it, and I also have a bruising feeling along my left jaw line and bruising feeling in my left calf. I know thats all weird, but I find it strange its all bruising pain...with no visible bruise. Then half way through the day my other calf is in pain the same type bruising pain, I am walking around the house like an old woman. And my eyes hurt really bad tonight and even causing some very minor double vision. My eyesight has gotten increasingly bad in the past two years.
The problem is I was laid off not long after that diagnosis and still have not found work - no insurance, and I am a little scared as to what this could be so before I spend thousands on tests (that I dont have) can anyone maybe point me in the right direction as to where to start?
